Below is the information we need to provide you with a quote
efficiently.
- Bill of Material (BOM)
- Assembly Drawing
- Schematic
- Drawings for all Fabricated parts
- Specification Sheet
- Net List and Node Count (if functional test required)
In order to save time and therefore offer our best pricing,
please meet certain requirements to avoid additional charges and
delays.
Documentation & Software requirements:
- Bill of Materials should include: manufacturer’s part number,
type of part, type of packaging, topside or bottom side assembly,
component locations listed by reference designators and quantity
(a sample of BOM you can find here ).
- Specification Sheet should include dimensional specifications
for non-standard components .
- Solder paste stencil file in "Gerber" format 274X
(a picture of stencil sample you can see here.)
- "X" & "Y" coordinates ("centroid
data") for the location of the parts on the board .
